Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical information needed to run the site:

• Booking and contact forms: your name, phone number and/or email, organisation, role, organisation size, the products you are interested in, your message and your preferred time or callback window.
• Chat assistant: the messages you type, the page you came from and are on, your browser language, and a random identifier stored in your browser so a conversation can continue. If you share your name, contact details, organisation or needs in the chat, the assistant notes them so our team can follow up.
• Technical: your browser’s time zone (to show slots in your time), your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used to limit abuse — we do not store your raw IP address with your chat.

Why we use it

To reply to you, schedule and run your demo or callback, send you a confirmation email when you give us an email address, follow up about the products you asked about, decide which enquiries to answer first, keep the site secure, and improve our answers. We do not sell your information.

The AI chat assistant

Chat messages are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic, the maker of Claude) on our behalf to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as health details or identity numbers) in the chat.

Our team may read chat conversations to follow up on enquiries and to improve the assistant.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry, booking and chat records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete or anonymise them. [DRAFT — confirm the retention period before publishing.]

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop contacting you, by writing to support@sandblink.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
