Step 1 · Capture
Walk-ins and phone calls are logged at the front desk, and parents who fill the enquiry or application form on your school website arrive on the same desk automatically.
Step 2 · Own it
Each enquiry gets a staff owner and a date for the next call, so the desk opens every morning on the list of who is owed a call today.
Step 3 · Follow up
Every call, visit and note is added to the enquiry’s contact log. Entries are append-only, so the history of a family’s conversations with the school stays complete.
Step 4 · Admit
When the family confirms, convert the enquiry into a student record — the details carry over, and the enquiry moves to Admitted. Converting twice can never create a duplicate student.

Edufy is billed monthly in rupees, per active student, after the month is over — there is no upfront licence fee. Plans differ by the features included. Book a demo and we will share the rate for your school’s size and plan.
